OLYMPIA RECORD CRATES are made with high-quality birch plywood (3/4" ends, 1/2" sides and bottoms) giving them a nice warm appearance.  The surfaces  are protected with an ultra smooth and highly durable lacquer finish (but please note - the exposed plywood edges are NOT finished).  All corners and edges are nicely rounded over and sanded smooth.  Our crates are constructed using both glue and nails for immense strength.  The 12" crate best serves regular record transportation while the heavier 24" crate is best used for storage and display.  Please note that outer plastic sleeves fit into the crates but may fold over a small amount depending on their size.  Crates generally ship within 3 to 5 working days from order.
